Q1: What is the size of your company?

A: Dur factory is 13,000m2 with 100,000 class clean workshop equipped with 10production lines. Monthly capacity: Eyeliner 3 million / Eyebrow Pen 3 million pcs/ Mascara 2 million pcs. Total factory staff 120.

Q2: What is your MOQ for makeup OEM/ODM? And lead time?

A: Usually MOQ is 12,000 pcs. Lead time is about 35-45 days.

Full custom formula MOQ depends on raw material requirements.

Q3: What are your trading terms and port of export?

A: Our regular trade term is FOB.

For small bulk orders, we ship from Shenzhen Port;

For full container shipments, we use Nansha Port (Guangzhou).

Q4: Do you offer free samples?

A: We can offer samples for our customers, but the shipping cost is TTI (buyer’s account).

Q5: Can I customize my own formula or color shade?

A: Yes. We support custom shades, matte / dewy / waterproof formulas, fragrance adjustment and vegan cruelty-free formulas.

Q6: Do you support custom packaging samples?

A: Yes, we can produce packaging mockups and physical packaging samples according to your design.

Q7: Can I mix different colors in one order?

A: Yes, mixed shades are acceptable for bulk orders to help new brands test the market.
